C-SAM creates an innovative asset and equipment tracking system for Canyon Offshore
Canyon offshore, part of the Helix Energy Solutions Group, has selected C-Sam, an industry leader and innovator to create an asset and equipment tracking system.
Canyon’s operating fleet consists of two DP vessels and more than 25 ROV (remotely operated vehicle) systems and is continually adding new vehicles to the fleet, keeping it at the technical forefront of the industry.
C-SAM understands that optimising the performance of deployable assets for rental or inter-company use, is critical to maintain a low cost supply chain with high service levels. The asset tracking/project management system was created to address this need and provides complete visibility and control over all classes of assets throughout their entire lifecycle, across global locations.
C-SAM is delighted to be working with Canyon Offshore, a global marine contractor. This indenture will allow the client to manage their fleet of high-end, innovative ROV systems ensuring consistent high quality results on the critical path for deepwater projects in the future.
