C-SAM takes part in 'Investors in People' scheme
Aberdeen based C-SAM which provides specialist asset management solutions to the international oil and gas and construction industries, has started work towards attaining Investors in People standard. This national standard is tried and tested flexible framework which helps UK companies succeed and compete through improved people performance and continuous improvement.
Theresa Wheeler, Managing Director explains "IIP is a commitment to excellent communication and provides C-SAM with an exciting opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to developing and investing in staff to achieve our aims and objectives. Scottish Enterprise will be assessing our performance over the coming months and we intend to gain accreditation by the end of first quarter 2005".
