Earlier this month, the C-SAM team came together for two inspiring days filled with challenge, collaboration, and forward-thinking. The event brought colleagues from across the business – and internationally – to connect, reflect on our progress, and align on the exciting future ahead.

Day One: Team-Building at Lochter Activity Centre

Our first day took us out of the office and into the fresh air at Lochter Activity Centre, where we were pushed both mentally and physically with a series of fun (and competitive!) activities. From clay pigeon shooting and go karting to blindfold driving, the digger challenge, rifle targets, and archery – the day tested our focus, teamwork, and determination.

It was fantastic to see colleagues working together, supporting one another, and enjoying some well-deserved fun outside of the office environment.

Day Two: Townhall and Future Vision

The second day brought us back together in the office for a company-wide Townhall session. This was made even more special as we were joined by our international team, giving us the chance to connect as one global C-SAM family.

During the session, we shared the incredible progress we’ve made over the past year, explored ideas around AI and innovation, and discussed our product roadmap. The conversations highlighted how technology and forward-thinking solutions are shaping the next chapter for C-SAM.

We also looked ahead to some exciting opportunities on the horizon – including our plans to exhibit at Oceanology International in March 2026. This will be a fantastic platform to showcase our products and innovations to a global audience.

Looking Ahead

These two days were a brilliant mix of challenge, reflection, and planning for the future. They reminded us of the strength of our team, the importance of collaboration, and the exciting journey ahead as we continue to grow and innovate.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part and contributed – here’s to 2026 and beyond!
